A few weeks ago, I made use of my passport and got my first stamp traveling to Canada for Thanksgiving. I will forever have TWO Thanksgivings to look forward to. One in October and one almost two months later in November. That's good news because I love me my turnips and squash.

Well, it’s more like I merely ENTERED the world 80 days AGO, but that’s just a tiny semantic. I digress from my HUGE NEWS and would like to happily announce I just received my passport in the mail. This means many great things … first of which, I can start living up to the intrepid traveler reputation I am trying so hard to build. Secondly, I will have ID to get into bars if needed.

The newest addition to the gang is Blake, who was born on what my entrance day was supposed to be, so I already feel a strong bond with him. His parents are Eric and Tracy who are very special to my parents and I constantly hear good things about them.
